The problem with secondhand shopping is there are always those items that don’t quite fit, but that you wish you could own. I found this silk jacket in a charity shop near Wimbledon (I can’t remember exactly where, I think it was a local disability charity). I really wanted it to work, but it was just too big and I didn’t feel it would be fair on the jacket for it to just sit in my wardrobe indefinitely. The shorts are from CLIC Sargent in Bristol, they are not the most elegant things I own but good for slob days.
