Solving a question I have been asking for years, Why Do The Quinn Brothers Sound So Different???

When Danny was learning how to talk, he picked up his father’s accent.

His father died before Patrick started talking, so Patrick sounds like their mother.

I really like the idea that Danny knows how to play the piano, a headcanon I read which was by @nowhere-dawn-death-phan, and I have a couple things to add to it that popped into my head.

Danny’s mother taught him how to play piano. She wanted to teach Patrick too, but he didn’t want to learn. Danny tried to convince him but, you know, you can lead a horse to water....

I have a headcanon that Danny’s mother had Dementia. She would get frustrated with herself when she couldn’t finish certain piano pieces, so Danny would play them with her.
