designed by @wickedmeriadoc all i did was give them some goggles and a mask asjsdh i simply... needed another masked anon to give Xizaya a run for his money askdjhgsdhdg

gonna introduce them via aesthetic board as i am stuck in bed for the next few days cos of bodily pain- they are a SURPRISE and this will be the one character i introduce through aesthetic and theme with a teeny tiny blurb of info rather than art.... because they wish to remain INCONSPICUOUS for now c:<
