You talked about old interviews, could you perhaps translate the things he said about drugs and music as his rescue for us foreign fans? Because I get the feeling we've been missing out at a lot of context for the character of both of them. For Ermal there are more translations but with Fabrizio it's worse, there is almost nothing of the older stuff. I mean I adore his speaking voice but understanding more than 3 words would be so nice!
Hi, okay. First of all he had a drug addiction, or rather, for years when he was young and nobody wanted him for his music he tried the drugs and the alcol. (In his songs he said: cocaine, mdma and meth), he was a suburban guy,  you know… wrong side of the tracks and also he had (he has less) hypochondria.(When he stopped with the drugs… he had a bad, bad period with his fears and the sex).
For him the music is not a cliché. So he said in an interview the music for him is a choice, the music didn’t save him. A choice and a way, like the sports for others, /he said/ to do something, to express himself, to not fall and to move on.
