*What’s Your Truth???* 🌺 So I just got out of church and I thought I’d grab me some #starbucks before going home. 🌺 Since I’m “releasing” weight, (I’m not losing it cause I never want to find it again) and I’ve released 5lbs in 2 weeks, I wanted to get something light. 🌺 I never ordered this refresher but “hibiscus” 🌺 sounded good and there’s lots of good in hibiscus tea. 🌺 So I ordered 2 trentas (the biggest they have), get to the car and take a sip... WHOA! 😳 #sugarrush 🌺 Being the person I am, I didn’t want to complain without first getting my facts. 🌺 So I look it up... this actually has NO HIBISCUS!! It’s pure #juice!!! 🌺 So I call the store (I’m still in the parking lot) and he confirms that yes, it has no hibiscus 🌺 and the name is a little confusing. 🤷🏽‍♀️ 🌺 Confusing? It’s an out right lie! 🌺 Why have the word hibiscus in it if it contains no hibiscus?? 🌺 Interesting enough, the Lord has been speaking to me though things that I see and He reminded me of a conversation that I’ve been having on another one of my posts. 🌺 This guy doesn’t believe that God exists and he refers to a book he read. 🌺 I replied and told him that one’s truth isn’t always the truth. 🌺 I told him of one of my foster sons who did not distinguish right from wrong when it came to stealing. 🌺 He was only 6, raised in neglect and poverty, stealing, taking what he needed was survival. 🌺 What he learned to be “his truth” was that stealing was good, it was rewarding. 🌺 So to that guy that still recommends that I read that book to find my “truth”... 🌺 I was to say PROUD AND BOLD that know the #truth 🌺 God exists, this planet and everything in it, including you, wouldn’t exist if it wasn’t for The Creator, God. 🌺 And through this Starbucks mishap, God gave me these words for you... 🌺 Just because it’s printed and the words are believed by thousands, doesn’t make it true. 🌺 I know hibiscus tea so seeing it, got me to question it, one taste told me this is wrong. 🌺 Going back and getting the #passiontea, having the guy confirm that the “Passion” tea has hibiscus in it 🌺 reconfirmed what is TRUE and what was FALSE. 🌺 WHAT IS YOUR TRUTH??? 🌺 (at Starbucks) https://www.instagram.com/p/CFqMqa3hUTc8RjDvpXV-lhBXB0BsRSNzISyXkg0/?igshid=l723ag7mu3u9
