The trauma involving a former teacher? the way he code switches around randy after the killing spree…………..like yes you could argue that he’s just amped up and more animated than usual but his silence on shift before getting the gun + chris’s “not having a problem with him” til he speaks up both seem to indicate that he’s pretty reserved at work, but once he has randy alone he’s talking and laughing and making evident parts of his personality he never showed to his other coworkers.
