These sliders combine the rich creaminess of peanut butter, the spicy kick of sriracha, and the savory goodness of bacon to create the ultimate flavor explosion in a bite-sized burger. Perfect for parties or a unique twist on classic sliders.
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter. 2 tbsp sriracha sauce. 8 small slider buns. 8 slices of bacon, cooked. 4 slices of cheddar cheese. 1/2 cup lettuce, shredded. 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced. 1/4 cup pickles, sliced. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: In a bowl, combine the ground beef with salt and pepper. Form into 8 small patties. Preheat your grill or stovetop pan over medium-high heat. Grill the beef patties for about 2-3 minutes per side or until desired doneness is reached. While the patties are cooking, mix the peanut butter and sriracha sauce in a small bowl. When the patties are almost done, top each with a slice of cheddar cheese and let it melt. Toast the slider buns on the grill or in a pan until slightly crispy. To assemble the sliders, spread the peanut butter sriracha sauce on the bottom bun. Place a cooked patty with melted cheese on top of the sauce. Add a slice of bacon, some shredded lettuce, red onion, and pickles. Complete with the top bun, and secure with a toothpick if necessary. Serve hot and enjoy your Ultimate PB Sriracha Bacon Sliders!
