Good day of training. First up was the #parkruncwv #parkrun #parkrunusa 5k then I headed to #coonskinparkwv pool for 1100m of swimming. Back to the house to switch into cycling shorts and ~55’ on the trainer doing @gozwift a 4 lap race (I held closer to a tri pace versus a race pace).
