i had exactly the same problem a couple months ago!!!! and the only advice i can give you is to not let it restart and restart all over again! take the battery off and let it like that and take it to a technical! bc with the restarting the files are getting "destroyed" and you won't be able to backup the files! (make sure to take it to a good technical because most of them will tell you that they can't backup your files but its actually possible) don't worry tho,its going to work again for sure!
