It's such a slap to the face tbh. Like, the LAYERS of "oh shit" V has for that act, mixed in with the "I HAD OTHER PARENTS AND DIDN'T KNOW??" from Uzi and Doll being Uzi's sister... Just. Fuuuck that's so many layers of fucked up already, but Khan and Nori's reasonable distrust and dislike of N and V because of that mixed with them also being Uzi's first friends (as basically an ADULT already...) with the fact they are trying to make up for what they did in the past as much as they can...
Honestly I think Uzi would move tf out if they didn't get over it though. She loves Khan and Nori, but genuinely she'd probably feel even more behind in what's going on in her family life than ever if she has to find out the hard way that Yeva and Luka could've been there for her, but ALSO chose not to. Hard to feel any sort of way about them when Doll was literally one of her main bullies her entire life. Doll publicly tried to kill her. Her SISTER. With how much Doll knew already, I wouldn't even doubt Uzi has the ugly thought that Doll probably was told by Yeva and Luka that they were sisters and Doll just wanted to make sure Uzi knew she wasn't welcome in her family.
Uzi's not happy about it, but there's so much going on that she's just learning about that she's sticking with N and V and Thad for the time being. Those are, after all, the only three that have done right by her recently without any ulterior motives.

Khan basically cutting everyone out except for Alice and Beau, leaving Uzi to be in constant trouble when sometimes she's not even near where the problem happened.
If Yeva is caught reaching out to Uzi by Alice at that point, it's basically just the worst night ever for Uzi. Khan would've probably explained the situation to Alice and Alice doesn't care that Khan was "tricked" by two different witches. Or well, ahe DOES but doesn't mind that they're exes now because it means he "broke out of their spell" or something equally as incorrect.
