One of these days I'm totally going to turn themes from major paleontological papers into songs, like

Their phylogeny on our family tree Relates them closely to you and me! T. rex was later - kinda related to 'gators, And birds of a feather: they flocked together!
But Dimetrodon! roamed all around our earth 66 million years before T. rex was birthed! Our sail-back friends met their untimely end when a catastrophic extinction event wiped out, like, 86% of all life on earth, a phenomenon the likes of which had never seen since biological life began evolving as prokaryotic cells 3.6 billion years ago
