I also liked considering how one would transfer Eridian traits into a humanoid form, like how their hearing to ‘see’ a larger range of spaces may become rectangular pupils for a panoramic view. Maybe their musculature would have to change to compensate for the weight of one extra arm on one side, and that physical asymmetry results in a cultural preference for asymmetry in their art, fashion, hair, accessories, etc.

What if the parable was an attempt to revitalize a lost life? A love letter tainted by grief? An attempt to write the only happy ending he can give at this point?

Based on the post below I wanted to create a full work with angst because the idea of The Narrator creating the parable so he doesn’t have to let go of Stanley/try to bring him back and stay with him forever but having the parable tainted by his grief is such a crunchy idea to me.
