Which is also sad, because I am pretty sure he sold his soul to Satan in order to make this season the best in YEARS. Â This is coming from a person who, with a few exceptions, hated the Matt Smith years (and not because of Matt Smith).

ugh I'm sorry it's not working out. I know those kind of jobs - anything where you're dealing with other people's problems all day - can be really dispiriting. And I'm sorry you're sick! Seems like everyone I know has been lately.
The crazy thing is that I really really like fixing people's problems and doing what I can to find creative solutions to have them walk away happy. I'm stupid helpful by nature. I just feel crushed by all of the restrictions and a generally unhealthy and disorganized work environment.
Also, the customers I get have usually been dropped, misrouted, and misinformed by a lot of other advisers before they get to me. It is like trying to touch an injured feral animal. Even if I'm actually trying to help they're going to bite my hand off just because of the mistreatment from everyone else. Argh. So yes. Today is a day of tea and job applications. ^___^
