After Reading Where the Wild Things Are, and discussing our inner Wild-Things, Sumner K2 and 1st grades will be making their own Wild Thing Sound Alphabet based on Tom Gauld’s “A Noisy Alphabet”. While Mr. Gauld’s alphabet is pretty fabulous, we found some other wild alphabets by Akiko McQuerrey (http://papacloudy.com/creator/) students of Johanna Bilka in The Netherlands (artful-kids.tumblr.com) and illustrator Created by Sophie Tivona http://www.sophietivona.com/illustrations-1/.
