I like Proactiv emergency blemish relief. I cover treated areas with spot patches. I like PanOxyl spot patches because it's barely visible during the day and truly effective to keep breakout areas clean, dry, and oil free at night. When I breakout, I always use spot patches. I find it helps prevent dirt and oil from infiltrating break out areas preventing irritation and infection. Spot patches also absorb skin secretions that could potentially spread to other areas. I like PanOxyl spot patches because they help speed up the healing process. For me, it's the quickest path to keeping clear skin.
