Long way to reach home by PeterThoeny Last April we left the Death Valley in California towards sunset. The road descends into a valley, leading towards Panamint Springs. I processed a photographic, a balanced, and a paintery HDR photo from three RAW exposures, blended them selectively, and carefully adjusted the color balance and curves. Caught the #sunrise and #moonset over the #desert this morning in #deathvalley. The dust seemed to have settled throughout the night (thank God!). Stopped for brekkie in #panamintsprings where they gave me all the details on #darwinfalls. Took in the lovely scenery as we hiked to the first level of the falls.
