The government did not prepare for any of this, in fact they keep on reducing the calamity fund for useless projects (such as the manila bay beach and the billions of funds dedicated for the police)

If you are in the Philippines, if you are able to help in any way possible, please do and to all those who live outside the Philippines who would like to help, do not send money to the government funded organizations because as of now, the government hasn't been very reliable when it comes to these situations. I'm asking for your prayers for Pampanga and other 3 provinces in the Philippines, water from sierra madre, tarlac, nueva ecija, will go down to pampanga :( the flood is already 5-8ft and it could possibly increase bc of the release of water from the dam and sierra madre :(

To summarize what's happening, Pampanga and Bulacan, Philippines are currently experiencing flashfloods right now just like what is happening in Cagayan, Isabela and Tugegarao. We lost too much people. We can't afford to lose anyone anymore.

As of 12:37 AM the flood has reached the height of 5-8 feet, Pampanga needs help too, I will update if I have found new donation drives or new news about the subject.

If you are living in Pampanga and Bulacan and still are not affected by the flood, I suggest evacuating immediately! Flash floods are likely to happen and we should act quickly! I still do not have much info if rescue teams will be deployed and if we can volunteer.
