Paloma
The ghost with the most, babe.

Campus radio was one of the few places where Noemi could find tried-and-true solitude. Those two hours she got on the radio every Wednesday were just between her and the music... and the very few moments she had to interrupt to talk about the few sponsors the radio did get. It was a dying breed of media, which was more than likely the top reason for her desire to be involved.
Portishead's Glory Box was phasing out, and Noemi shoved a The Cranberries CD to queue up The Icicle Melts. The door opening caused them to jump slightly, and they looked up from the booth to see Lo. "Shit, sorry." They glanced at the clock on the desktop and saw they had gone five minutes over. Talk about getting lost in the sauce.
She reached for her bag and was ready to bolt out the door with little more ceremony until she remembered something and turned back on her heel. "Oh, the mic is acting super weird. I think that Stu kid broke in here again and got his meat paws all over it."

where. her house who. @bansheepaloma
Fortuna had been possessed, taken over by an Old God. Fortune that had been granted had soon been rescinded, cast within a new direction. Caio had been unable to save Giovanni, unable to get to Paloma; the few that he had grown to care for had been stripped from him, all while he had been forced to watch. The avariel had never been bothered by war, by the loss and grief that struck so many, until it had hit far too close to home. Even now, with the timelines restored and realigned, he felt dirty. As if he could still feel himself trapped within. Which is precisely why he had found himself on the couch with Paloma, with the intention of not letting her out of his sight. While they watched some of those ridiculous movies that mortals loved so much. "You are actually never allowed to leave my side again," he mused, as they seemed to curl against each other so naturally. "It's a new law, enacted by the senate."
where. wherever this heaux be at who. @bansheepaloma
The days had begun to blur together, the constant fighting making the avariel lose track of which day it even was. How long had they been fighting? For how long had he been exerting himself to ensure that Giovanni, and those his vampire cared for were protected? There were few, but his power could only hold on for so long, especially when he had been prompted to fight. To draw out his seraph blade and fight alongside Giovanni, and the rest of the little gang he had been stuck with. It had been a long time since he had fought, and had it not been for the vampire, Caio would have flitted back to Elysia.
Well, the vampire, and Paloma. But his little banshee seemed nowhere to be found, as he had searched every face that he passed upon the battlefield. If it were not for the connection that they shared, the way her soul so intricately tangled with his own, Caio may have worried more. She was alive, and he would have begun to question where once more, until her scream ripped through the air. He'd barely gotten out that he'd be back to Giovanni, before he was in the air, wings beating through the wind as he searched for her upon the grounds.
Frantic would be an understatement to what Caio felt, and perhaps that is why, when he finally found her, he dropped to the ground a little too quickly. The avariel recovered, as he stumbled through the wreckage to the banshee. "Finally, I've found you," he breathed out, as his gaze looked her over. He searched for any signs that she had been hurt, before he looked back up at her with a stern face. "You're never allowed to leave my side again."
