I’ve spent the last week and something in bed resting my back, which is still a damned mess. I can’t sleep properly, I can’t really do a lot to begin with. And to top this I wont be able to visit my family this year (yet again) due to it, which I think its what gotten me the most sad lately. I know recovering will take time, as it usually does. The appointment with the specialized orthopedist will take time as the place is rather booked out as well. Last time I went, my back was great and I had made a full recovery. Then a week of bad beds and airplane happened. I miss my family, I miss drawing, and I miss feeling useful. Alas. Sorry for the rant. I had to let it out of the system.

Now with all the love I can muster to you ppl. please, please - look after your backs. Stretch a lot, sit properly. And if you are having pains - already, it happens. It will get better.
