     surely jason’s used to the weird things that plague blackwatch.  the spy has been in the organisation long enough to know the tricks and tells of some of the other members.  but when jason’s sleep-deprived and honestly running only on caffeine and pure spite he’s less aware of everything else.  so when the other suddenly appears in jason’s line of sight,  he jumps back and swears whilst putting a hand over his heart.

would some lousy kidnapper have this kind of documentation

Pick an au where Kaly adopts (forcibly or otherwise) Pidge/Katie and Shiro. Between @pafallende , @impfiltration / @wilyacme , and myself,  there’s about half a dozen of them floating around. 

Also I wanted to explore some of the familial relationships between Kaly and her mum because they just.... don’t get along.

As her life continued, she realized she was going to return home in the future, for one reason or another. As much as she missed her home, she wasn’t thrilled to return to her mother. She had to speak to the elder before then. Surprising Matron Aruna any other way with this news was going to end...  poorly. There was a process that must be followed when one introduced cubs to society.

The wild thing about their friendship is that Molly thought Newt was going to be his one “safe” friend, and BOY HOWDY was he wrong!!

Working with Newt gives Molly a sense of purpose he wasn’t aware he needed. He’s always abided by his philosophy of ‘leaving every place better than he found it’, and learning to interact with magical creatures, growing with them, helps that philosophy to flourish. He’s really making an impact.

Molly has several scars from his escapades with Newt, but unlike the ones he came out of the ground with, he actually likes these since there’s always a rollicking story involved. They’re his, and he made the choice to go on these adventures with Newt. That kind of autonomy has empowered Molly a great deal (especially for his evenings of dysphoria).

He’s since gotten an enchanted tattoo of an occamy. Unlike the snake tattoo that winds down towards his hand to cover the eye brand, this one winds up his opposite arm. Usually. She likes to move. He was so excited to show it off to Newt.

Mending is pretty easy when you’re a wizard, but after jobs Molly will usually sit up to stitch any tears Newt’s coats, shirts, and trousers have sustained.

He claims he doesn’t have a favorite magical creature, but it’s nifflers. Nigel, in particular, but he will deny it a million times over. (He’s having his very good friend Jester put together his silliest tattoo yet, which is a niffler with their body-pouches stuffed overflowing with jewels and pocket watches and the like. That bitch is going on his ribs.)

Speaking of: he’s gotten into the habit of taking his jewelry off when going to visit, except one or two pieces. These he either wears or keeps on an inconspicuous part of his body—boots, pockets, sleeves—specifically for Nigel to find. He makes a big fuss when the niffler finally discovers and steals them, but ultimately lets Nigel keep them (he bought them for him in the first place).

Newt eventually tutors Molly on reading, since he’s very bad at it, but very determined to read Newt’s books. Molly brings an apple to every lesson. Newt usually – and absently – feeds it to one of the beasties.

Newt talks to the animals. So does Molly, except Molly tends to talk to them like they’re rowdy tavern folk.

Given that he’s attracted to seedy places, Molly hears a lot about the illegal trade of magical creatures. He always listens in on what he can and immediately takes that information to Newt.

genji’s MOOD SWINGS, & dox’s lack of COMPASSION & PATIENCE when one strikes. the ‘during’ is a sensitive time wherein both are entirely INDELICATE, genji implying threats towards his well-being knowing it PISSES dox off, & dox goading him on just to see HOW FAR he’ll GO—

…but the aftermath is generally OKAY, the two mending breaks & falling back into old routines because this is just NORMAL for them——

but every so often something will STICK with genji, will creep up & render him DOCILE, a change in demeanor that maybe be SUBTLE to most but is ALL-TOO APPARENT to someone as close to him as DOX.

it’s one of those times now, the two sat together on the couch, lost in the screen of the TV as some soap opera plays, neither having chosen it, but now too invested to change the channel. MINDLESSLY attentive to the drama, dox’s attention only SNAPS to focus at the subtle sensation of fingertips creeping against his own.

NOW, genji’s GENERALLY pretty TOUCHY, but NOT in such TENDER DISPLAYS.
