Pael do the lamps in your room help you sleep? I personally can only get a good rest when it's super dark. Either way, lovely room

Rarely do people ever cross between layers... most often it is just the Slayers. I am alone more often than not, but it is peaceful that way. I see more people in my dreams than here...
I... do not know how the Merchant travels, but it is... different than the Slayers. Easier, perhaps. They don't seem all that keen about sticking in any one place for too long...

He was very busy, always working, always trying to perfect Preon... but he always found time to hang out with us...
I would often rest where Father worked... I was much smaller back then, so I did not take up as much space as I do now...
He was... amazing... I would see him in my dreams sometimes, surrounded by a perfect Preon...
I... cannot speak for my siblings... but I do not know why anyone would have wanted him dead back then...
Now, I cannot even say hello without being turned away. I know I have not experienced the worst, but I still mourn my old Father...

I remember some would pray to me for better sleep... or even less nightmares... I could never assist but I would keep their hopes close...
Long ago, some would trek to my tree and ask for gifts. My flesh was bountiful, and I did not mind parting with it, as I do now. Less of it was used for what it does now, of course. Most often it was for replacement or new limbs. Added body parts. Sometimes... body changes.
I do not recall large holidays in my name, however. Small celebrations, perhaps, but nothing more. I was content with living my life, with just my name within people's dreams... and that is all I need...
