Decent twist, good creeps, but not enough scares to make this a decent horror movie.

Trigger Warning Flashing Lights, Seizure
I love when a sequel uses a shot from the perspective of the previous movie. The new detective is looking at the case file and the picture of dead Judas and it's a screengrab from the last movie but there is no way the crime scene people would have gotten the same angle and lighting as the first movie so it’s so fake and comical but maybe I am the only one who notices these sorts of things and need to keep it to myself. ANYWAY, this movie takes place about a week after the first movie ends. Our new main character, June, is the daughter of one of Judas’ victims. She actually doesn't even know she adopted until one other the detectives tells her (wack). She confronts her adoptive mother but that same night her adoptive mother goes missing/dies with the “HE SHOWED ME THE WAY” calling card left behind.
June is dating a police officer so you would think they would be more helpful but it is quite the opposite. When her mother goes missing she is harassed by one of the law enforcement agents because she and her mother had gotten into a fight that day. What a dick! There is also some very mild paranormal activity going on in her house, doors are closing or opening and June is spooked! She immediately calls on Annie from the previous movie since she killed Judas so she can do anything. Annie calls back and is confused on what she can do to help but June is sure there is a presence in the house, sure enough Annie comes by and experiences such a presence that also lets them know about a mysterious pink room.
The girls split up to cover more ground but this leads to Annie getting knifed and killed. June finds the Pink Room which is a seedy place you can go take pictures of models in barely there clothing and one of the latest victims had worked there. Back at her house June is surprised by the harassing law enforcement guy who her boyfriend calls and claims is the real killer so she ties him up! The boyfriend arrives but something isn’t quite right, where is the backup? Oh, no backup is coming because the boyfriend is the real killer, he says that he has been led by Judas’ spirit and now we know that he was the one taking the pictures in the Pink Room and he was the one who stabbed Annie (sad!). A chase aided by ghosts and June bests her beau and wins the day. The movie ends on a cliffhanger like the killings are about to start again but if you just ignore that part the ending is much better.
