My current collection of Gransfors Bruks axes .
If I had to choose just one it would be the SFA , but if I was allowed to keep two it would be the Forest axe and the Wildlife .
Tiny little Pack Axe from @gerbergear - anyone else own one of these? . . . #everydaytacticalvids #axe #hatchet #gerbergear #packaxe #bushcraft #wildernesssurvival #survival #campfire https://www.instagram.com/p/Bscz1CVhz0F/?utm_source=ig_tumblr_share&igshid=a7pd11krj6i7
Hammer time .
Testing out the hammer poll on my pimped up @coldsteelknives trail hawk .
The hardened poll of the hawk performed well smashing up various building materials from bricks & blocks , roofing tiles and concrete paving slabs with no issues concerning head movement or the grub screw undoing (though it was checked after every hit ).
As a side note you can see in the first picture how the impact on the concrete paving slab has forced the kydex axe mask out of position but its retained by the shock cord and cord-lock secondary retention .
Cheers to my nephew for helping out with the honors and yes eye protection was worn at all times .
