Just another Tuesday improving nutritional lives! Some of you know that I’m a coffee snob. I often pack my breakfast. Today we are looking @kitehillfoods unflavored almond yogurt, sliced pear, cinnamon, and a third of a cup of #autumngold grain free granola. If you’re trying to incorporate a healthy habit, try to attach it to something you do routinely. While I don’t always recommend people eat at their desk, it’s better than not getting a fruit or a vegetable or adequate nutrition. A good way to learn to incorporate a snack is to have your snack while answering emails or sitting in a meeting, A good way to add movement to your day, is to walk 10 minutes before grabbing your lunch and finding a nice spot outside to #recharge your brain.
