Orange. Everything in his room was orange. Darragh had spent the last ten minutes in his room just staring at the sunset. He tried to think of the last time he saw something so orange. It was like the entire room was on fire. It had been a few weeks since his return and he finally felt fully settled sitting there in that ignited room. Yet, it wasn’t enough. He wanted for more than the room to be ablaze. He wanted to feel it himself. After the sun dipped below the horizon, Darragh raised himself off his bed. He grabbed his coat and left the room in search for a match to light his own flames of desire.
The house was oddly quiet. He only heard muffled sounds of someone blasting the latest Drake song and occasional bumps and bangs of movement. He paused for a few moments, thinking of where to go. That’s when he heard a loud thud coming from the room in front of him. Duh, he thought to himself as he realized the room belonged to his best friend. Tai was the perfect accelerant to his fiery wish. Knocking three times he called out “Oh, Tai-Dye! It’s your favorite person in the entire world. Let’s do something!”

Piper was already on the rooftop with a tinge of alcohol lingering on her breath. Truth was, she'd been there for several hours since she came up to watch the sunrise, idly drinking a few sips out of a small flask between those hours. After a while, she was tired of being alone. She needed someone; a friend, a stranger, any sort of company really. That's when she made the tweet, making it seem as if she was heading up there by herself as she posted the tweet so no one would know that she'd been sitting there trying to heal her own wounds.
Tweeting out for company though was a pretty smart thing. She'd gotten a couple of tweets from friends in the house. A smile spreading over her lips as she made arrangements with a very missed friend, Tai Duke. Picking herself off the cushions, Piper stepped towards the stairs and firmly held to the rail as she descended. She wasted no time making her way over to the bar to pluck a large bottle from behind the counter though slowed her steps getting to Tai. She didn't want to seem too eager.
When she walked into the room, the brunette smiled a little more, forcing it but not putting too much effort to do so. She ran her fingers through her hair and approached the girl with a small frown. "Awh--... my baby," she chuckled lightly, draping an arm over her friends shoulders and giving her a squeeze. "What happened," she asked, passing over the bottle.
With hands covered in flour, Piper kneaded the sugar cookie dough as she glanced around to check on the other items cooking. It was always crazy whenever that girl was in the kitchen! She was always so used to a busy kitchen and constantly felt the need to surround herself in that kind of environment whenever it came to cooking. The result of that: a hell of a lot of food. Honestly though, in this case, that was okay considering the several rooms filled with her cast mates.
After rolling out the sugar cookies, she dusted off her hands and awaited Tai's arrival so they could begin making different cookie shapes. The girl giggling to herself as she thought of the cookies they'd probably come up with as she moved towards a bottle of wine and popping it open for the pair of them. Now with a glass in her hand, Piper sipped on the chilled drink, licking her lips as she used a free hand to stir up the variety of fruit glazes on the stove. At that moment she heard footsteps behind her. She grinned and glanced behind her, "Hey! Come and taste this -- it's cranberry orange, but I added a bit of the wine because... it was in my hand and thought why the hell not?" Piper chuckled approaching Tai with a glaze coated spoon and a smile. "The cookies are ready to cut, by the way."
WHAT: Lea goes to see Cory and they end up having an important conversation.
Lea had quickly gotten ready and made her way to Cory's place. She didn't really know what else to do after the texts she received. Sighing a little, she knocked on the door and waited for an answer.
Cory looked up from the couch and groaned at himself for not clearing the bottles of alcohol up before Lea came. He stood up and tried hard to walk normally to the door. "Heeey!"
Lea frowned when she saw Cory. She walked inside and sighed when she saw the alcohol. "You told me you weren't drunk..."
Cory chewed his lip. "Oops?"
Lea sighed again. "Is there a reason for your drinking or not?"
Cory "No, I don't think so." He walked over to Lea,sliding his arms around her waist.
Lea "Well, at least I now know why you were randomly texting me"
Cory pouted a little. "I'm sorry.."
Lea shrugged a little. "I'm not mad..just confused is all"
Cory "Kiss me?"
Lea laughed quietly before reaching up to kiss him softly.
Cory smiled softly, kissing her back. "Im so drunk, ugh."
Lea nodded. "You are. Which is why you should sober up so we can talk at some point about what you said."
Cory shook his head a little. "No"
Lea sighed. "Yes, Cory. It's not something I can just ignore"
Cory stepped back, sitting on the couch. "Shh"
Lea frowned, moving to sit next to him. "You're acting like something bad's going to come from talking"
Cory "I need to sober up incase I say stupid shit"
Lea nodded. "Then we'll talk about this when you're sober."
Cory laid down on the couch, looking to you. "Cuddle?"
Lea smiled softly, moving so she was laying next to him.
Cory wrapped his arms around her and sighed a little, nuzzling into her neck.
Lea smiled before whispering, "You should try getting some sleep."
Cory "Yeah.." he frowned.
Lea "Don't frown, Cory. It's not that bad"
Cory "I'm sorry for the texts.."
Lea shook her head. "Don't be. Like I said, they just confused me really"
Cory frowned. "Why?"
Lea "You said you think you might love me...and I really don't know what to think about it all" She said softly.
Cory sighed and laid his head back.
Lea bit her lip. "And I don't know if I should take you seriously or not since you were drunk when you said it..."
Cory "Take me seriously."
Lea "I will if you say it sober.."
Cory "Tell my why you agreed to come over.."
Lea shrugged. "I wanted to see you"
Cory whimpered. "Sober me up"
Lea "I already told you. Sleep is the best way to get sober"
Cory "But I don't want to leave you.."
Lea smiled a little. "I'm not going anywhere. I'll be here when you wake up"
Cory pouted and cuddled into her, closing his eyes.
Lea smiled softly as she watched him.
Cory "I dont want to sleep" He mumbled.
Lea laughed quietly. "Just sleep for a little bit, Cory"
Cory sighed and laid still, soon falling asleep
Lea smiled softly when she realised he was asleep.
Cory groaned a little, opening his eyes. He smiled and wrapped his arms around Lea.
Lea smiled when she saw Cory was awake. "Still feel drunk?"
Cory "Mm,a little." He frowned, closing his eyes again.
Lea laughed quietly. "Maybe this is a lesson for you. Don't get drunk"
Cory "I don't even drink."
Lea: "So why did you manage to get drunk?"
Cory sighed. "I don't know."
Lea shrugged a little. "Well, it doesn't matter really. You didn't do anything stupid"
Cory "That's why I stayed home." He mumbled.
Lea nodded. "Can we talk about what you said? Since you're a lot more sober than before"
Cory sighed. "Lee.."
Lea frowned. "We don't have to...If you really don't want to"
Cory "I know you don't want to be with me,so let's just forget about it,okay?"
Lea sat up quickly. "When did I say I didn't want to be with you?"
Cory shrugged a little. "It's kind of obvious."
Lea "How is it obvious that I don't want to be with you? When I want the complete opposite.."
Cory frowned. "I thought you weren't interested.."
Lea shook her head. "Cory...If I wasn't interested, I wouldn't even be here right now."
Cory sighed and laid back down. "Sorry.."
Lea frowned a little. "I'm more than interested, okay?"
Cory "I need some water before I throw up." He stood up and walked to the kitchen.
Lea sat there for a few moments before sighing and following him into the kitchen.
Cory looked over to Lea. "I suck at relationships.."
Lea "I was under the impression that we weren't even in a relationship."
Cory "I never said we were.."
Lea sighed. "Then what are we doing, Cory? Because I really don't know any more"
Cory "Neither do I.."
Lea "Do you even know what you want?" She asked softly.
Cory "This is going to sound so lame, but you.."
Lea smiled a little. "It's not lame. You know I want to be with you...it's just if you want the same.."
Cory "I think the texts definitely clarify that.."
Lea "Yeah...I didn't know if you still meant them now that you're sober."
Cory sighed. "Lee, I wouldn't have sent them if I didn't."
Lea shrugged. "That doesn't mean you can't regret what you said"
Cory "I dont regret it."
Lea nodded. "I'm glad you don't"
Cory "The only thing I sort of regret is that I said it while drunk"
Lea "Would you have said it if you weren't drunk?"
Cory shook his head a little. "Not right now, no."
Lea "Maybe I should go home, think about all of this"
Cory frowned. "Lee.."
Lea "I have to process this all, Cory. I'm really confused right now and I just..I need time to think"
Cory sighed and nodded a little. "Okay"
Lea placed a quick kiss on his cheek. "I'll text you later, I promise" She said softly before leaving.
Cory watched Lea walk out and groaned, walking into the living room to lay back down
Rachel had been having another uneventful day of sitting on the couch, working on songs for the Sectionals set list and watching some Musicals. When she spotted Charlie Fabray obviously going through a rough time though, she knew she had to get up and help. Charlie was one of her main members in Glee Club. She cared about each and every one of her Glee Club kids, and promised herself to always been there for them when they needed someone to talk to. She wasn't exactly sure what was up with Charlie or what was going on with the Fabrays. All she knew was that it had something to do with their mother. It was hard without a mother. Rachel knew that after spending most of her life without one. Charlie was looking for some sort of advice and she knew, it wasn't exactly easy to talk to a guy about these things. Which is another reason why she volunteered herself.
Rachel stood up from her couch and began putting all her stuff away, keeping her eyes on the time so Charlie wouldn't be left waiting at the school. Luckily, she was already dresses after going out to the shop that morning so she grabbed the keys of her car and the auditorium keys and made her way out the front door. As she drove towards the school, she couldn't help but wonder and worry about what was happening with Charlie. If it was something to do with her mother and it was really bad, where was she staying? She shook the thoughts out of her head though and focused on the road. When she arrived at the school, she pulled up near the door and waited there for Charlie to arrive. Turning on the radio and listening to some Barbara while she waited.
