I want to explore young Halsin more, and well Halsin in general. He seems like a "well put together" guy and itd be interesting to see his vulnerabilities, his weakness, him getting worried and panicking and for once, not knowing what to do

i like to think that overtime Halsin's braids became more accessorized with rings made in wood that he whittled, each ring representing his children and their children, and one for representing his friends

I keep thinking about old Halsin sitting by the porch of his home, his home that he built with his own hands, where his children grew up and where he spent the rest of his days, just smiling hand in hand with his beloved...his kids and grandkids visited that day

a song i associate with grandpa Halsin is Jose Gonzalez's Sensing Owls,,,idk just imagining him in a farm with his kids all settled down...auuuuhh
