I've had an earache for like 4 days now somebody euthanize me please

Never make fun of someone for a headache YOU’LL get a head ache

Hungry but toothache is at the level where it's going all the way up my jaw to my head and also I'm so exhausted I feel like a wobbly baby animal so I'm just gingerly drinking a meal replacement shake in the hopes the dizziness eases up soon so I can take my damn painkillers

My neck is absolutely killing me right now why
