Starting tomorrow on Ash Wednesday, I will practice Lent for the first time in my life. I decided to fast/give up social media (Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter), as well as follwing the news. As all of you know, I am a news junkie and I am addicted to social media. This unplugging would limit my want to instantaneously get information that is readily available to me 24/7. I want to take this season to reflect and meditate more. I want to journal more and find time to be more intentional. So if you want to get a hold of me, feel free to email, call, or text me.
