Some Notes:

Gilgamesh, Enkidu, and EnkiTwo are the ones who are walking to the Party House, while Pazuzu, Amygdala, Gehrman, Bahomet, Ebrietas, and Micolash are already at the Party House. Gilgamesh, Enkidu, and EnkiTwo's spawns within the residences on the other side of the woods are entirely random.

Hornet, FalseKnight, Nosk, and Zote are all stationed above in houses that cannot be conventionally reached before the lights go out. When the lights are turned off, Nosk and Zote go down into the well, while Hornet and FalseKnight stand guard in the various paths to the well.

Bou, Kamaji, NoFace, and Yubaba are stationed in impossible to reach locations before the lights go out. After the lights are turned off, you can find Bou guarding the stairs in the lodge next to the cinema room, Kamaji guards the wine cellar at the bottom of the lodge that hides a small tribute shrine to their loved ones, NoFace guards the dining room where the bridge maker is, Yubaba guards the upstairs area of the lodge.
