I hate over thinking.
It is the worst. It puts all these negative thoughts into me head. I start to over think, I make scenarios up in my head. Some good, some bad. It can lead to being let down. It can lead to false hope. It always leads to a bad mood. It makes you feel hopeless and worthless. It makes you feel like youâll never be good enough.
