I can think of at least 10 reasons why you can't keep the water clean.

You can’t “properly stunt” growth, you can’t “properly” neglect an animal. The stocking for a tank that size should be exactly 0 goldfish.

Imagine hating all of your animals this much.

None, the type of goldfish you can get is none.
