     “No.” Lou quickly speaks, her words defensive as if she has something to prove. “I’m not afraid- I’m angry.” She admits. Sure she is afraid but she is not going to admit that to anyone. Anger though anger she can handle. She doesn’t want to be in this camp right now she needs to be far away. “Come with me. I’m sure Murphy can spare you for a little while so we can go out.” She suggests with a smile. “I can tell you all the embarrassing stories he’s probably hiding.”

     he had been expecting someone to come look for him but he hadn’t thought it would be Emori. he figured it would be Raven or Monty---maybe even Murphy. but as the figure walked into his peripheral view he was surprised to see it was the grounder woman. glancing over at her a moment a sudden rush of embarrassment hit him and he looked away, head turning away from her the slightest as he sniffed, raising a quick arm to wipe his nose.     clearing his throat he kept his gaze now, down at the burning world below them through the large ark window. Bellamy was sitting on a pile of metal boxes which he used as a seat. he had wondered as far as he could down the ring to find an area where he thought he could be alone---that he could worry alone. worry about his sister, even if he knew worrying wasn’t going to do any good. his heart ached at not knowing, his hands balled into fists in his lap. he was expecting Emori to speak, to tell him the others needed him but she didn’t. they shared this moment of silence, staring down at the place they called home and Bellamy wondered if she left behind anyone she cared about.     finally, unable to feel comfort in the silence anymore he cleared his throat, “ five years... ” he said miserably with a sigh. clenching his jaw he now turned towards her, “ does, anyone need anything? is that why you’re here? Raven? ” he paused a moment, “ Murphy? ”

Clarke shook her head, “No, but that's not exactly what I meant.” She stepped towards the brunette. “I meant that it's never too late to forgive yourself for the past and let yourself be cleansed of the things you’ve done. Sometimes I wish I could run away and start a new life, but why not just start anew here?”
