I think the only party member that has a chance of knowing Mars' origins is Odile, not only have they've been traveling together for a bit before meeting the party but I doubt she'd let him keep secrets for so long.

Maybe during after a night of drinks. After enough poking and prodding, Mars just gives up, telling her "only if you promise not to be mad,,, or think I'm crazy," then spills the beans.

She won't outwardly say "hey those guys are my future parents," but maybe something along the lines of "In this timeline, I shouldn't exist. But in mine you all were important to me."

What type of person would she be if she didn't even try to help them.
