Goals today
Fast!!!!!!!!!! Going to make the best effort i can to fast today. Already feeling my ribs and backbones coming through its motivating :-) B: coffee with lil bit of creamer L: after work, tiny smallllll smoothie at home workout 2-6pm, shower, workout 7-9pm NO FRIKEN DINNER!!!!!!!! Workout: -walk up the mountain (1.5 hr) -aerobic dance (30 min) -random strength (30 min) -dance or stretch the rest Nighttime workout: stretch, ab workout, one cardio/ walking video if i cant work out anymore, focus on school stuff
