For the OCs, I'd say. After roleplay, how long do the characters stick around? I've had similar problems myself, but something else with that is that I'd imagine they'd be around time outside of roleplay as well, unprompted. And for religious alters, religious trauma... shouldn't matter, I don't think. If you can have a sexuality, likes and dislikes, you can have personal beliefs about the world and spirituality and such! With a religious alter myself, I think it should be just fine!
tysm for reaching out and for your advice. I’ll try to pay attention to whether or not they’re around during times we aren’t in a roleplay. And thank you for the reassurance… I’m gonna try to be kinder to the idea of having a religious introject and see if maybe he’ll show himself fully.
