to mun: eh, i dont wanna sound mean, but why do you write so much for a single reply? wouldn't it be easier to simply get to the point?
outofthetent; aaah!! my first anon!! and the first time i was asked this question  over here!!!! honestly,  this is abridged a bit for me — with a fellow novella writer,  i can go to  25-30 purposeful paragraphs!!! the reason i write so much is because i  add many layers to each piece of an interaction so that tohru,  her new friend,  and the plot are fully developing and have  full bodies and explanations!!
here’s my formula: a little dialogue in answer reply and also to prompt reply, action fully described to make myself clear that moves the story and responds to my partner,  description of changes or expressions or other important or details to physical appearance and some embellishment like clothes or things like that,  inner thought to explain responses and dialogue, reflection on my partner’s reply,  emotions and their changes, and enough for my partner to work with — all in all,  making sure it’s aaaaall glued up and makes sense and flows nicely,  it just ends up pretty long!!!!! i don’t mind you asking at all, sweetie!!!!!
