IN THE NAME OF LOVE
Hey, everyone! I hit a milestone! WOOH! Ain’t that swell? On the real, though, you guys have been great to me so far. I’d been considering making a Wonder Woman for quite a while now, even before my half year hiatus. But it wasn’t until I seen the film for myself that I decided to take the risk -- try it out. It was impossible for me not to, after all. I found her character to be deeply moving for me, and I felt like writing her might be a positive influence on me. A hopeful, and positive outlet. And it’s made even better by how welcome I’ve felt since making this blog. Everyone’s been kind, things have been fun and I’ve no shortage of interactions, which is always great. So I want to thank every last one of you for making this such a successful, engaging experience and I look forward to completing my Trifecta of permanent blogs with Diana. I hope she joins Peter Quill and Jessica Jones as a long running, solid muse for myself and I can’t wait to get into deep, compelling stories with you all. (c)
Icon Commissions?
does anyone know anybody that i can commission some slick looking icons from? i’m looking to have a lot done. and not just of gal gadot from wonder woman, but from her various other things especially those beautiful ass promotions she’s done for castro and other companies. and the fast movies.
a big thing for me is having choices of icons that can be consistent. so lots of icons from any given source is a huge plus, and might even let you pad out the icon count tbh! faceless icons, too. when i make icons (it’s awful omg the ones that do it are heroes to me), i tend to icon changing facial expressions in any given scene. that way i’m not always having gal jumping outfits in the middle of threads all the time (stuff like that is also why i’m looking for a good chunk of icons). not having enough icons that i can reasonably use in threads somehow kills my drive because i hate feeling repetitive. i know, i’m talking a lot. just trying to make my weirdness understood for anyone that might be able to help with my icon debacle ... i feel like having that icon selection would make it way easier for me to consistently RP as much as i like. ahhh i hate explaining this, i feel ridiculous. but yes! i trust i won’t be judged. if it means anything,
update: also: the quicker the commission can be fulfilled, the better! i’ve been wanting to RP so bad but i don’t feel like i have enough icons rn sldjgislak (fuck me up everyone i’m sorry). i usually go for 80x80 thin outter bordered icons with a psd that isn’t too overpowering. i like colorful icons and the ones that are more muted. colorful may work better for Diana, though? maybe? i usually let commissioners just do whatever for coloring and all that.
