Rules

General

Donatello is about 7 (and a half!) years old, and as a result, this blog will mostly focus on silly, ridiculous kid adventures and will be safe for work. Any triggering material (few and far between as it may be) will be tagged appropriately as tw: subject

There will be no smut of any kind on this blog.

I like to keep my dashboard clean. As a result, I don't tend to follow back unless we are roleplay partners.

Replies will be in paragraph forms. Generally a post from me can range anywhere between two paragraphs to two pages. I never expect anyone to match my output. But I do expect you to give me something to work with. Unless we are ICing (the quick, shorter run of things), please do not respond to any of my multi-para roleplay threads with one sentence.

This is not my first blog and therefore not always my priority. Replies might take some time. Feel free to remind me if it's been a while, but sometimes I don't have the muse or the energy to write, so please don't harass me for posts.

Rules about Donnie

While he hasn't been training for very long, Donatello is still a ninja; albeit a young one. Donnie is still learning, but he is far from a push over.

Master Splinter has spent years warning his young sons away from contact and society. Donnie has spent most of his young life hearing how humans are dangerous creatures who will take him away if given the chance, and how he should be seen by no one. Despite a healthy curiosity, Donatello will be VERY wary of people he does not know.

Continuing on that previous point, Splinter made sure that if there was one thing all his sons could do well, it was hide. Though he's young, Donnie is quite good at staying quiet and hidden, and it's not likely for untrained individuals to spot him.

This blog is multiverse friendly, but outside of alternative versions of his brothers and teacher, all other characters (even April and Casey) will be unknown to Donnie. Other canon characters can recognize Donatello, but Donnie will technically be meeting them for the first time.

Send me an ask before interacting. Please link me to either a character profile, or tell me about your character.

I reserve the right to decide who I want to roleplay with. If I decide our characters do not quite mesh, please don't take this the wrong way.

Donnie is unlikely to walk right out in the open, or openly approach strangers. Keep this in mind.

And the number one rule, that every decent human being should follow: Don't be a dick. Let's keep this clean fight clean folks, no hittin' below the belts.
