Could an Outer Wilds Player Character get some positivity? I feel. Kinda guilty about the loops for some reason..

I'll be honest, I don't know much about your source, but I do know a thing or two about time loops and paradoxes and such. You probably did your best to deal with the situation and worked hard despite everything, yes? Once a loop starts it can be very hard to stop it, no matter what the cause point is.
Never blame yourself for the unpredictable nature of time. And know that there's always others there for you.
