Our Hemisphere: a Re-telling

Omg hey! This is so sweet! I’m so glad something I wrote would stay with you, it makes me feel really good.

The writing for DOGSTAR. is -eheh- slow going 😬 bc I just moved and started a new job (plus I’m slow to begin with) but this gives me motivation! Thank you!

2. Daddy or Mama’s boy/girl

SO, before the accident, Mr. Jones was a very hands-on father. The little ones don’t remember much, but the older children grew up with a father whose love we very tactile. He’d touch they’re heads in passing, tap their cheeks to make them smile, pull them onto his lap to cuddle/comfort them. He still adores his children, but his demeanor is much more reserved now that he’s “crippled.” ALSO when Eddie was young, he was always told how much he looked and sounded like his father, and he always loved that. Basically, Eddie looks up to his father more than anyone and Eddie holds a rather special place in his father’s heart as his eldest. 

9. First relationship/kiss/time

Eddie’s first kiss was an adorable and very smart girl he knew when he was 13. They kissed to see what it was like and Eddie decided it was nice. His first kiss that meant something to him was with a very popular, cute boy from his school who Eddie had been denying his feelings for. They were in this boys bedroom, Eddie helping him study, when they kissed. Unfortunately, this boy was using Eddie to experiment with and later refused to talk with him/hang out because he felt ashamed. Eddie’s first heartbreak. :/

17. Sexuality/label they use

Eddie’s attracted to both boys and girls, almost equally. He probably would rather be with boys, but growing up he told himself there wasn’t a problem if he just sticked to dating girls. In modern times he’d be bisexual and probably use that label, but in my fic world (Our Hemisphere) he always felt like there wasn’t really a name for him.
