Okay the comparison of these two scenes just kill me. In the first scene, Henry is reaching for Emma even though her magic is out of control. He’s not afraid of her in the slightest, despite having seen what she accidentally did the day before. And afterwards, Emma is so upset that she hurt him.
In the second scene, it’s Emma who’s reaching for him. Because even though she’s the Dark One, she still loves him. She would never hurt him intentionally, not in a million years. But Henry pulls away from her. I wouldn’t necessarily say he’s afraid of her, since he was the one who summoned her after all, but he has no memories of the last six weeks and has no idea what to expect. And Emma is obviously hurt when he rejects her touch. Because her son, one of the only people who has always believed in her and supported her, is pulling away from her.
Also, try not to cry when you remember that the Dark One in Emma’s head goes away when she holds Henry. And when she reaches for him, she’s doing it out of love, absolutely. But maybe she also wants relief from the darkness, even for just a moment.
