It’s hard to give an opinion when I don’t have much things about it other than, it was okay? Not that Surandigit was bad or anything it was just... not that great either? 

The game itself is just average, not bad, not good, but that middle area where it’s just okay. I feel like my expectations of this game was really hyped for something and it just never came to deliver the goods. 

I feel like I enjoyed the heroine x sub character interaction more than the main characters, and in a sense I felt that the sub characters had more interesting background story than the main pursuing characters. 

I said before that the character sprites were the saving grace but I kind of want to take that back now. I feel like I’ve seen the same character sprites but they weren’t the character? In some ways it was them but sometimes the eyes felt different, or their face shape, or just the way they stand just made them look like different people? It was weird for me... or maybe that was just me?

To be honest it’s very disappointing how this game turned out. To me this game looked really stunning and it gave me this vibe that it’s just all light and fluffy, but it didn’t end up the way I had expected.

First of all, the plot was barely there as in, only 1 character get’s the full details and explanations of the happenings in the story, the rest of the individual routes didn’t show much aside from what I think was a build up to the main plot, but it really wasn’t... This part confuses me, they had 6 characters in total, 5 of which could’ve used to build that tension before the 6th character that gets unlocked with all the explanations.

Secondly, I really appreciate background stories and the reasoning behind the characters’ actions and behaviors. I think it’s a crucial part of a character when it comes to any kind of story, however Beast and Princess lacked in that department where the background and development felt like a mess more than a carefully thought out route. 

And lastly, the Mofu Mofu system was... not as great as you’d expect. The touch screen function wasn’t good I ended up using the joystick and the O button for everything, which I felt like it beat the purpose of letting you use the touchscreen as the option for the Mofu Mofu system.

Finally... I started this game September and it took me an eternity to complete it. In a way I feel terrible for putting it off for so long but, it’s alright, I still finished it, hahahahaha.

I was able to get the answers that I was curious about in Shiraishi’s route, and finally a YOSHINARI SIDE STORY!! I was super excited about my favorite side character getting a sub story because he’s well worth it. EVERY. SINGLE. MOMENT. was sweet and perfect. I could replay his route one more time because I enjoyed it way too much, hahahaha.

Also, finally knowing the other side of the situation, it really opened my eyes wider. I think that the Adonis people are just victims of bad situations, and for some of them I still feel so bad and sad because they really don’t deserve it. I’m really glad they made a fandisk because it was really nice knowing what the other side’s story was, and how they felt. Some of the stories even breaks your heart... Like Akito for example... even though the story was a little ??? but still, that was heartbreaking. 

In my honest opinion this game had big potential, it could’ve been something that really hit off but it’s like they just didn’t focus. I didn’t have much expectations when starting this game, but I can’t help but feel that there’s a big missed opportunity with this theme, art and character cast. 

I didn’t dislike the game, but rather disappointed in the fact that it could’ve been something great if they had elaborated on a few things. I think one of the biggest opportunity for this game was character development for the Heroine. I know she does, sort of, develop but it feels really lacking, and how the other characters treated her was... a little confusing to me? I feel that the whole attraction to the Heroine from the Guys’ POV, except for 2 characters, needed a little more work.

The title that made me start everything. From my craze into Otome Games to finally giving me that last push to translate. It’s finally complete with a Platinum Trophy and I feel so, ever so tired... 

I went through a lot of repetitive scenes just to get certain Endings or just short memories for a trophy or two, and it literally tired me out intensely. Honestly I don’t even know what to feel right now. Should I feel relieved to have finally completed this game? Or should I be grateful that I don’t have to start from all the way back at the beginning, again, to get a very minute reward. The answer is, I don’t know.

But I do want to say that I will never forget this game, and I hope it lays safe and sound in my never decreasing backlogs. I probably won’t bring this game out again, unless I really wanted a CG or something, but at this point I don’t really want to have any saved. 

I had already loved the first game and now with this fandisk, I think I’ve come to love more and more of the series and now, I’m so excited to get the second Fandisk. Can’t wait for more Finis and Sholmès, and most of all seeing Cardia and her developments that goes further than where it left off from the first game and this fandisk. 

With the fandisk I really enjoyed the new routes that they had placed in, especially Sholmès‘ route. I still feel like this route should’ve been in the first game, but it doesn’t matter since I went through the route now and feel really satisfied with everything. 

From everything I’ve seen so far in this game the new fandisk is already giving me the good vibes. I really hope the new routes that they’ve written will be amazing like this and the first game. And I really want to see more interactions of Sholmès and Cardia!! I really fell for Sholmès deeply, he’s just... don’t know how to explain but he’s a really nice character and I’m glad he got a route. 

Also the new characters, the Mafia group and Apostle, they’re really nice characters too, and I really enjoyed their interaction with Cardia and the Lupin Gang. I hope to see more of their interaction in the second fandisk. 

Hey hey hey, I finally finished Lost Eden.

I started this in February and it’s now October... this is like, the longest time I took to play such a short game. I feel ashamed but as an excuse, I did move home and started University so... maybe I shouldn’t be too hard on myself...? 

This is a short game and it shouldn’t of taken me this long, but I like to blind play and translate so... yeah... it took a while for me there, HAHAHAHA.

I think if you really wanted to you could probably finish a route and a half or 2 depending on your time in a day. It’s fairly short and it’s not hard to follow, just that it might be a quick story flow. 

I felt that during the game play, especially in the Mukami Family route, there was like a link between the characters to the other characters in the family. It’s very small but the link is there and it explains quite a bit of their background... so that was really interesting and it kept me on my toes for few scenes. 

I kind wished there were more Situation parts but there’s like 13 boys now so I guess taking one Situation out was alright. I might just be greedy since I want to have more fluffy moments with my favorite characters...

Overall the game isn’t bad but isn’t the most awesome either. I’d recommend this game to anyone who has at least played up to Dark Fate. You might need to know a few bits and pieces from Dark Fate for Lost Eden, but overall it should be an easy game. 

Also, just as a random little thing, if you’re going to pick this game up I recommend this order:

Sakamaki House: 

Triplets in any order > Shu > Reiji > Subaru 

Mukami House:

Azusa > Yuma > Kou > Ruki

Tsukinami House: 

PsychicEmotion6... where the flip should I begin with this game? .

I picked this game up expecting cute and fluffy scenes, instead I was greeted with characters’ with their own serious problems and issues... which isn’t that bad but it gets kind of lacking, but after you unlock Subaru > Tsukasa > Hidaka that’s when things get REALLY interesting.

If anyone is thinking of picking this up, I’d recommend going by this order:

Aoi / Shiina / Mizuki < in any order is fine, literally.

Kazuteru

Subaru

Tsukasa

Hidaka

Every time I think back, the first 4 Princes’ Marriage End just feels messed up... They don’t know what will happen after the Engage Ceremony, and that’s really sad... but if they knew what happens, I wonder what would of happened.

I’m still a little shocked... some things that are revealed aren’t all sweet and cutesy, it’s kind of sad and dark in few cases...

But I think the Special Scenario in the Special Menu part was adorable, and really great to go through after seeing the bad ends. I definitely needed some healing after a few sad moments... 

Personally I enjoyed Aoi and Hidaka’s the most. 

I know that this game was first introduced as a CD series, but I’ve not listened to any of the characters and it felt fine. It didn’t feel lacking in the case of character wise, but if you’re interested in the CDs go ahead, and see if you want the game afterwards I guess. But if you go straight onto games regardless if there is a CD or not, go ahead.

This game is easy to read, not so much of Kanji as I’ve seen. Also it’s quite short. I’ve just about completed 2 character routes, including 3 endings, in 1 day while taking an hour or two away for breaks and food.
