I love my alone time. I love those moments when my husband is out doing whatever and I get a little "me time."
Except after 8 pm.
The house feels so empty if he's not here at night. I can't relax, I can't sleep, I can't focus. I just... can't exist without him at night.
I'm so blessed to be married to someone whose absence is felt so deeply, even in the everyday redundancies. He is truly my other half.
I'm also blessed that these "nights out" only happen once or twice a month, and consist of D&D with his buddies at someone's house. 😊😊
