I completed my 100th work-out tonight at #orangetheoryfitness and on #fridaythe13th while rocking my @healthyisthenewskinny tank!! This may not seem like much but it means SO MUCH to me. That's 100 work-outs I did. 100 days I didn't give up. I started Orange for wrong reasons… wanting to lose weight because I hated myself. Thinking that if I was skinnier, I in turn would be happier!! However, I stayed for all the right reasons. I learned how far this body can run. How far I can push it. How well it performs. I started the gym to change my body and learned to love it in every form along the way!!
