WE MISS YOU! I’m sure that several hundreds of thousands of #OTF members feel the same way about their trainers. This heartfelt message is about them and what we call the ORANGE FACTOR that became fully transparent when #OTFAtHomeWorkouts added local ZOOM CALLS. The ORANGE FACTOR is the HEARTBEAT that separates OTF as the best workout on the planet! As we all try to remain healthy, at 62 years old, #COVID19 is scary. I’m a prime candidate and fortunately in 2015, I found #OTF and better nutrition and eliminated items from the checklist. To all of us, the first responders, doctors and nurses are definitely our current MVP in our hospitals and within our medical facilities. But, the new version of the OTF At-Home Classes led by live trainers have helped bring a real connection that many of us had been missing with the outside world within our homes.
