may I request a part two for the " scenario of todoroki, bakugou and deku bumping into the nerdy girl in their class and her glasses fall off and she is like really really beautiful without her glasses on and love at first sight just happens" please and thank you
So sorry this took so long! For some reason, these continuation requests are harder to write for??? But itâs really fun to see how things play out after a storyâs âend.â Anyway, I hope you like this!
Also, itâs finally summer vacation!!! I hope you guys are all having fun! Create new memories! Stay safe!
âThatâs his girlfriend?âÂ
âThatâs exactly what I thought when I saw them together, too!â
You already knew the girlâs next words, and you squeeze Todorokiâs hand in yours, ashamed and hurt due to the girlsâ rude remarks and criticism. You tried to ignore them and act like what people said didnât hurt you, you really did, but⌠Everyday, they would stare as you walked by before whispering among themselves about how you werenât good enough for him, how he was only dating you out of pity, how you were probably forcing him to be with you.Â
â_______? Are you okay?â Todoroki tilts his head to look at you, but you bury your face in the space between his arm and chest before he can. He raises an eyebrow but doesnât push for an answer, instead releasing your hand to wrap his arm around your shoulders and pull you closer.Â
You sigh loudly, taking off your glasses to rub your eyes. You had been studying for hours now, and you were in dire need of a much deserved break. You look across the table to your boyfriend, his eyes half-lidded and head drooping down. Stifling a laugh, you reach over and hold his hand.
âLetâs take a break,â you suggest, and he nods in agreement before stretching. You admire the curves of his muscles and all his perfections, those hurtful words you were so used to hearing now suddenly filling your head. Todoroki notices your change in demeanor and squeezes your hand.
âWhatâs wrong?â he asks gently, eyes imploring yours. You smile up at him before shaking your head.
He narrows his eyes at you before stepping over the table and sitting beside you. âYouâve been off these past few days. What happened?â
âNothing really⌠People say things, andâŚâ You pause to look at him, a sharp pain in your chest at the genuine care in his eyes. âSometimes I wonder what they say is true.â
It takes him a moment to understand what youâre saying, and once it all comes together, he pulls you into his arms in a secure embrace. âIt doesnât matter what people say about you, _______. They donât know you the way I do.â
âYeah, but,â you start, âyouâre so handsome and perfect, but youâre stuck with someone like me. An ugly nobody who wears these ginormous glasses.âÂ
âPerfect?â he chuckles, squeeing you in his arms. âI have a huge scar on my face, _______. Iâm hardly perfect. And thereâs nothing wrong with your glasses.â
âButâŚâ He looks at you, an eyebrow raised as he waits for your excuse, pleased that you find none.Â
He raises a hand to brush a strand of your hair behind your ear, the gesture causing your temperature to suddenly increase. He smiles down at you before saying, âAnd they donât know how beautiful you are under your glasses. And Iâd like to keep it that way - if thatâs okay with you, of course.â
You simply nod, failing to form words, an he smiles. He leans closer and rests his head on yours, a long sigh leaving his lips as you tousle his hair.Â
âPromise me something,â he whispers as he squeezes your free hand. âDonât ever believe what they say.â
Your eyes widen a bit at his words, hand stilling in his hair.Â
â_______?â He shifts so that he can see you, his forehead now resting on yours. âPromise me.â
His stare is unwavering and leaves you breathless, and it takes you a moment to respond. âI promise.â
He lets out a relieved sigh before placing a gentle kiss on your forehead and resting his head on yours again.
âOi,â the blonde in front of you calls out. You look up from your book and find him sitting backwards on the chair in front of you, chin resting on his arm as he looks up at you.Â
âYes, Bakugou-kun?â You knew what was coming next. This had been going on for almost two weeks now since he first saw you without your glasses, and you were growing accustomed to these little talks, your fear of the blonde decreasing with each conversation.
âYou should take off those glasses sometimes. Wear fucking contacts or something,â he says, earning a laugh from you. It never failed to amaze you how vulgar his vocabulary was and how natural it was for him to curse. Seemingly pleased at having made you laugh, he lets out a tiny, proud huff before straightening up in the borrowed chair. Â
You set your book down, giving him your full attention, and smile almost scornfully. âAnd why should I?â
Despite receiving no response from the boy, you knew exactly why he wanted that. It was the same reason why everyone who saw you without glasses said the same things he did. It was the reason you started trusting people less and hiding behind the spectacles even more.
Noticing your sudden solemn demeanor, Bakugou raises an eyebrow, lips parting as a question dances on his tongue. Before he can speak, you rise from your seat and take the book in one arm, saying a quick goodbye before leaving the classroom. He stares at the door long after youâve left, confused and concerned.
Two weeks. That was how much time had passed since the blonde last spoke to you. After the first few days, it became obvious to him that you were actively avoiding him, even pretending to be listening to music when he caught you in the lounge.
So when he sees you enter the elevator, nose buried in another book, he wastes no time in dashing inside just as the doors close. You look at him with obvious surprise that quickly turns into wariness and scoot into the farthest corner from him. He clicks his tongue and shoves his hands into his pockets, head tilting to one side as he stares you down.Â
âWhy are you avoiding me? And donât pretend you canât hear me this time.âÂ
You close your eyes, eyebrows furrowing, and shut the book in your hands. You take your time in answering his question - after all, he deserved an answer for his persistence.Â
âBecause youâre shallow, and Iâve had enough of people like you.â
Your answers throws him off, the surprise and confusion evident on his face. Before he can say anything else, the elevator dings, informing you of its arrival to your floor. Bakugou quickly presses the button to close the doors before you even take a step and proceeds to press all the buttons for each floor. You stare at him in utter disbelief, mouth agape.
âWhat the hell is that supposed to mean?â His voice is a mixture of anger and hurt, and you start remember why you feared him in the first place. He had no control over his temper, and if you werenât careful, you might end up destroying the elevator in a fight. As if reading your thoughts, the blonde in front of you noticeably calms down, repeating his question in a more civil tone.Â
âItâs justâŚâ You pause, wondering if you really wanted to share with a classmate you barely knew the pain that you suffered your whole life. The earnest look he had urged you for an answer, and you give it to him. âWhen I wear my glasses, people ignore me, but once Iâm not, they suddenly want to be with me and tell me to stop wearing my glasses. They donât care how it makes me feel, they just want to be selfish and see only what they want to see.â
You avert you eyes to your feet, not wanting to see the look Bakugou wore, and feel yourself tearing up. Of course he would be like everyone else you knew. Of course he would only want to be with you if you werenât wearing your glasses. Why had you expected anything else?âThatâs it?â You almost yell at him for making it seem like your confession was nothing, but he continues before you can. âOf course theyâd want to see you like that. Youâre beautiful. People have never seen anyone like you. Show it off.â
âYou donât understand,â you sigh irritatedly. You run a hand through your hair and shift from one foot to the other.
âI do. People only know me for what happened during middle school,â he tells you, his voice hinting at an emotion you werenât familiar associating him with. âBesides⌠Now that I think about it, I would rather you wear those glasses.â
You look up at him, confused by his words, and find him blushing before you. âWhat?â
He clears his throat and scratches the back of his neck. âI donât think I want anyone else seeing how beautiful you are. It should be something only I can see.â
âAre you⌠Are you saying that you like me?â Bakugouâs eyes widen just a fraction at your question, though heâs clearly embarrassed, and you can only laugh at him. He scowls at you, although without any malice, before telling you to shut up. âI never thought I would see the great Bakugou Katsuki like this!â
âMaybe these can be our little secrets then?â You stop laughing and raise an eyebrow at the blonde, finding a hopefulness behind those crimson eyes of his, and you feel your own face heating up under his gaze.Â
You finally tear away from his eyes, nodding as you say, âSure. Iâd like that.â
When you show up to class the next day, everyoneâs eyes are on you, their stares urging you to rush to the safety of your seat, but before you can, your classmates crowd around you and shower you with compliments and questions.Â
âWow, _______-chan! Youâre so pretty!â
âIs that really you?!â
âHow could you hide this from us?!â
Overwhelmed by the sudden attention, your eyes search the room for the person you wanted to see you the most. Your eyes fall upon a head of green curls still seated, and you push your way through the crowd. Everyone watches with abated breath as you stop in front of Midoriya, anticipating what you would do next. They boy in front of you refused to look at you, though you could tell by red of his ears that he was just as overwhelmed and embarrassed as you.Â
âMido-RI-ya-kun!â Your voice cracks as you say his name. If you were wearing your glasses, you were sure they would have fogged up from the heat your cheeks emitted. Pushing past your embarrassment, you continue, âI thought about what you said the other day.â
His hand twitches, signaling that he was listening and knew what you were talking about, and after a moment, he asks, âR-really?â
âI did, soâŚâ You have to clear your throat several times before you can speak again. âCan you please look at me?â
The seconds that pass feel like hours, and you arenât sure if it was worth all that trouble just to have him look at you anymore - until he does. He stares directly at you, an almost determined look in his eyes, not missing a single detail, and you can feel your heart beating erratically in your chest.Â
âYou look beautiful, _______-chan,â he says, just loud enough for you to hear. You break out into a smile that makes everyone around you swoon, the boy before you completely wordless due to your beauty.Â
Laughing breathlessly, you brush a strand of hair behind your ear and say, âThank you.â
â_______-chan,â he says, voice barely above a whisper. You lean closer to him, taking the hint that he wanted to make sure only you could hear him. You feel his hand brush over your ear, his soft breaths tickling you as he speaks. His voice is so calming as it sends vibrations through your ear, and you almost donât catch what he says, too lost in his voice.Â
You straighten up suddenly, your face impossibly redder than before and a surprised squeak escaping past your lips. Midoriya was just as surprised at having said something so daring, but he smiles nonetheless to play it off and to throw off your classmates. Your peers, however, take it completely differently and start to scream at each other. Some accused Midoriya of having a dirty mind, some doubted that he had said anything worth worrying about. OthersâŚÂ
You couldnât care less about the chaos surrounding you, your mind still fixed on what the green haired boy had truly said.Â
âI donât mind if you let others see you like this, but I would much rather prefer it if I were the only one lucky enough to have that privilege.â
Your eyes meet his, and you simply nod, agreeing to his words, before making your way to your seat. As soon as you sit down, Aizawa slides open the door, yelling at the class to shut up and take their seats so class could start.Â
All throughout the lecture, you catch Midoriya looking back at you, and each time, he blushes, waves at you, then turns back to the board before doing it again a few minutes later.Â
