Getting rid of rust isn't easy. If left completely untreated, it will eat through, just like a cancer. Comparibly, sometimes certain people or places, or even work spaces can have a toxic effect on your wellbeing. You must remove the toxicity and sometimes remove yourself. To all the #vanlifers out there, how did you handle various rust situations? We pressure washed the inside of the bus after pulling out the rubber mats. Tonight, after it's had a chance to dry out, I plan on coating the rust with a layer of #ospho to deactivate it. When that's done working it's magic, we'll try to scrape as much as we can off before putting down a layer of #rustoleum paint. Does anyone have suggestions or advice on how to better manage rust? What would you do differently?
