(Poem by me, inspired by song above)

Lost and Found:

The keys of the piano told me where to look,

Listening to the melody, reading the sounds like a book,

Caught up in notes, I was drifting from reality,

They found me.

 I closed my eyes and filled my ears,

I haven’t thought of him in years,

With this sweet melody,

He found me.

 The notes allowed him to access my brain,

All these thoughts kept up in vain,

But in this thought, I have serenity,

I found me.

 When the keys stopped playing,

I stay in bed, laying,

I open my eyes to lights so dim,
