#osap documents

does OSAP inform you if you need to re-upload documents, like if their quality isn’t good enough or something like that?

Hi there, I got a job for the summer and I still haven't submitted a change request form. Would it be easier or faster if I spoke to someone from financial services in person or should I submit a change request form? Also, if I submit a change request form do I have to submit any additional documents or is just writing the amount I got paid sufficient? Thanks so much! :)

Hi, I dropped off my OSAP documents (my signature form and my parents' signature forms) at the Bennett Centre on June 30th. Should I be worried that the OSAP website says I still need to provide the supporting documents?

Hey I send in osap papers but I'm a little worried I didn't send them to the right address..

I have a required document that I need to upload to OSAP. So I uploaded it and it gives me a message saying it uploaded successfully and they're going to review it. But when I come back on that page, that upload button is still there, and no other confirmation that my document is still uploaded. Should I be worried. I've uploaded it already 10 times :/

Hi, this is a bit confusing but I sent my documents to York for Osap last June but if I check the York document tracker page it doesn't show that they received it. When I checked the Osap site it says under things to do is Send Documents and Income Verification but when I checked which documents I still need to send it all says that no further action required. I'm a bit worried about the situation and I don't know if I should resend my documents or not.

This is my fourth year applying for osap and I sent in application and the forms they want me to print and send in are my parents' signature and my direct deposit information since I agreed to have them sent in my loan via direct deposit. I remember last time they want my notice of assessment and a whole bunch of other documents should I hand that in too or am I missing something?

So last week i faxed my osap declaration signature pages to york financial services how would i know if they recieved it by looking at the osap website?
