Why only those two titles? Because they are the only ones that still have the old GUI in English version, but both are already updated into new GUI in the Japanese version. As the result, I’ve heard many fans complain that they can’t play both apps in their device with newer system because of the old GUI. I’ve been mentioning about this multiple times to Voltage by e-mails, but Voltage overseas apparently is too lazy to update the GUI and even the new stories for SITSC. :P Not to mention it’s been more than one year since the latest update.

Also, just like the title says, I will give you info based on my experiment with my iPhone and Android phone and what I’ve gathered from other comments of the fans so far, so here it is:

• iOS Both games work well even in the latest iOS version (9.3.1). *I had a problem before with iOS 9.2.1 where I always got kicked out from the apps, so I updated to the latest iOS version and I don’t get this problem anymore. For iPad users: - If the apps don’t appear on your App store, you should change the setting to ‘iPhone only’ so you can see them. - Most iPad users confirm that they can’t play the apps on their iPad regardless iOS version they have.

• Android Both games only work on Android phones with OS Kit Kat (4.4) or below although they don’t run smoothly. They don’t work on Android phones with OS Lollipop (5.0) or above. For tablet users: - Pirates in Love doesn’t work on Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 with OS Kit Kat 4.2.2.
